Third installment – 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Fourth installment – 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued
Option 2 - you get 2% discount!
First installment - 60 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
Second installment – 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Third installment – 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued
Option 3 - you get 4% discount!
First installment - 90 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
